Role: Customer Service Representative

Duration: 06 months; with the potential to convert to permanent employee after successful performance review.

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27 0BY

Timings: Covering between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Saturday & Sunday on site

Job description:

• Customer Service Agent based at a physical contact centre in Newcastle.
• The successful candidate will assist clients with inquiries specifically related to their loan accounts during a standard 37.5-hour work week.
• Employees must be available to work rotating shifts that include both weekdays and weekends, though the facility remains closed on bank holidays.
• Applicants are expected to possess prior call centre experience, while knowledge of financial services or record management is considered a plus.
