People Solutions are recruiting for a Driver trainer to work for one of our busy clients based in Glasgow. This would be an on going position could lead to full time for the right candidate.

The purpose of this Role is to deliver training in order to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their work in accordance with the standard operating procedures.

Daily Duties :
Deliver the company induction
Plan . organise and deliver training to group of staff
maintain training records
Responsible for paperwork and Admin

project delivery

Knowledge , Skills and experience :
GCSE or equivalent in numeracy and literacy
PTLLS or Train the Trainer
A working knowledge of production processes
proficient in the use of computer systems such as work , excel ,email , power point
excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets

must have experience with word , Excel , emails , power point

must have own transport as start times might vary
