Overview:
We are looking for experienced Engineers to work on the development of advanced seating components and systems for passenger cars. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical expertise in the design, development, and integration of seating sub-systems including headrests, slide adjusters, backrests, armrests, recliners, and seat frames.

Open Roles & Key Responsibilities:

Seating CAD Engineer

* Generate and maintain 3D CAD models for seating components using 3Dx

* Support multiple design concepts and layout proposals for functional evaluation

* Ensure geometry alignment with packaging, ergonomics, and design studio requirements

* Collaborate closely with Lead and Project Engineers to translate requirements into robust CAD

* Deliver to geometry freeze milestones and release processes

Required Experience (All Roles):

* Proven experience in the design and development of seating systems in passenger cars

* Deep understanding of seating sub-systems: headrests, slide adjusters, backrests, armrests, recliners, seat frames, etc.

* Hands-on exposure to full product development lifecycle from concept to production

* Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers

* Proficient in CATIA/3Dx (especially for CAD roles)
