Customer Focussed Delivery Driver/ Equipment Installer

Northampton (Moulton area NN3)

Monday-Friday day shift, start time between 07:30-09:30 (40 hours) + Overtime

£12.21 per hour

Enhanced overtime - x1.5 weekday, x2 weekends + additional on call payments once permanent.

*Please note due to the nature of the role enhanced DBS check will be carried out*

We are currently looking for a number of reliable Driver Technicians to join a busy team in Northampton.

This is a role where you will really make a difference working in partnership with the NHS providing an essential service within the community.

Duties will include:

• Loading your assigned van in the morning/afternoon- cross checking delivery list
• Delivering and installing equipment in your set county area (40% installation & 60% door step deliveries)
• Using a hand held scanner and basic hand tools
• Providing an excellent customer service
• Other supporting duties e.g. basic warehouse/stores tasks

What we're looking for:

We are open to candidates from all industries as full training will be provided, however the below points are essential:

• UK driving licence (minimum 2 years) with no more than 3 points
• Excellent communication skills - outgoing personality and compassionate
• Computer literacy
• Great time management - this is a fast paced role
• Well presented - this is a customer service role
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
