Senior Property Manager - Prime London Portfolio

Location: Marylebone
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with 2 days WFH

Are you a dedicated and experienced Property Manager ready to take the lead in managing a premium central London portfolio?
My client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their Residential Lettings Management team. You'll oversee a high-end portfolio, deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and support junior colleagues within a market-leading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own portfolio of residential properties with full accountability
• Coordinate pre-tenancy works and handle issues flagged in check-in reports
• Carry out property visits and take appropriate follow-up actions
• Oversee complex maintenance works, both routine and reactive
• Manage contractor invoices and ensure accurate CRM documentation
• Handle end-of-tenancy processes, including check-outs, deposit negotiations, and TDS claims
• Maintain compliance with all safety and legal standards, including EICR, Gas, and PAT inspections
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to maintain high satisfaction and retention

About You:

• Proven experience in residential property management
• Propertymark Level 3 (ARLA) qualified
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Confident handling complex issues and liaising with contractors
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and supportive attitude
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
