Due to growth, we are looking for a proactive and driven individual with previous experience within a building materials or similar trade supply environment to join a small busy sales team as a Trade Sales Advisor.

This is a dynamic sales-focused position within a busy environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be joining a stable business with competitive salary structure and excellent team support.

Key Responsibilities for the Trade Sales Advisor:

* Deliver against monthly sales targets within a team environment

* Manage inbound calls and customer enquiries

* Prepare and follow up quotations via phone and email

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

* Build and develop strong customer relationships

* Manage and grow existing customer accounts

* Identify and develop new account opportunities

* Provide realistic delivery and stock availability expectations

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Requirements for the Trade Sales Executive:

* Experience within building materials or similar trade-focused environment (preferred)

* Strong customer service and sales ability

* Commercially driven mindset

* Confident using CRM systems

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Detail-oriented and organised

* Proactive, solution-focused approach
