Skills
* Strong background in early childhood education or related fields.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a childcare setting.
* Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with children, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
* A drive to continuously improve practices within the nursery setting.
* Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
