The opportunity:

You'll plan, lead and deliver audit assignments across a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses and growing SMEs, working closely with managers and partners. You'll lead small teams, develop junior staff, and build strong client relationships - all while continuing to build your own technical expertise.

The role includes:

• Leading audits from planning to completion
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
• Liaising directly with clients
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff
• Identifying technical or commercial issues and suggesting solutions
• Contributing to high-quality client service delivery

What they're looking for:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or QBE with strong audit experience)
• Audit experience in a practice environment
• Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Proactive, organised and collaborative
