Reed Technology is proud to be partnering with a prestigious telecom network provider based in Edinburgh, currently seeking to expand their team with the addition of a IT Project Coordinator.

You'll be responsible for supporting Project Managers and coordinating project activities within the Telecommunications environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in the planning, scoping and delivery of projects.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Manage documentation related to ongoing and future projects. 
• Oversee project schedules, reports, and communications.
• Manage smaller-scale projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within the IT, telecommunications or public sectors.
• Knowledge about structured project environments and governance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Experience with project tools such as MS Project, Asana, Visio.
• Ideally holding a PRINCE2 Foundation or similar certification.
• Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
