Main purpose of the job

Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations.
Develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage pre and post tender activities.
Build and maintain a database of local and regional suppliers.

Job Requirements

High level understanding of Public Sector procurement regulations
Previous experience managing a team
CIPS qualification or working towards
Participate in team briefings
Maintain working relationships with key personnel
