You’ll play a key role in working on one-off and small batch projects, this is a hands on position which will involve both Offline and Online work
CNC Milling Programmer Responsibilities:
- Set, operate and programming of 3-axis CNC machines for one-off and batch production projects
- Create and edit programs using Siemens (Online)
- Offline programming using CAM software (Fusion 360, MasterCAM etc.)
- Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations
- Quality measuring devices experience (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
CNC Milling Programmer Experience:
- Around five years’ experience machining complex components
- Skilled with Siemens controls
- Offline CAD/CAM programming (Fusion 360 Desirable)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail
