Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service support via telephone, email, and online
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Accurately update customer information and maintain detailed records

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
