Shift Two Options:

Wed - Saturday (Wed & Thurs, 9pm - 6am) (Fri & Sat, 6pm - 6am)

OR Thur - Sunday (Thurs 9pm - 6am) (Fri - Sun, 6pm - 6am)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for the Hygiene team of around 76 staff split across two shifts.

To ensure the highest possible standards of cleanliness are achieved throughout the factory both internal and external. To provide training to hygiene Senior operatives. To ensure the site maintains the required standards set by governing bodies and customers.

As Hygiene Shift Manager you will actively encourage individuals and teams to challenge and improve good hygiene and manufacturing practices and processes to meet the expected standards and targets, while ensuring compliance to health and safety policies and procedures.

There will also be chances for further progression either through training and additional qualifications.

* Ideally management experience

* Food safety lvl 3 ideally

* HACCP Lvl 3 ideally

* Food industry experience
