The Role

As a BMS Commissioning Engineer, you will:

* Commission and test BMS systems, ensuring all components (including HVAC, lighting, and security integrations) are installed and operational to specification.

* Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and validation of BMS systems, delivering high-quality solutions.

* Configure and program systems such as Trend, Tridium, Schneider, or Siemens to meet project requirements.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Document commissioning activities, including test reports, as-built drawings, and checklists.

* Provide training and technical support to clients and stakeholders on system operation and maintenance.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Proven experience commissioning BMS systems, ideally with Trend, Tridium, Schneider, or Siemens.

* A strong understanding of building management systems, including HVAC and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet).

* Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

* Relevant certifications, such as BCIA01, 02 & 03 or specific manufacturer certifications (e.g., Trend, Tridium).

* Knowledge of electrical safety and hands-on experience with commissioning tools/software.

* A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork.
