A fast-growing consumer goods company is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team during a busy seasonal period. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and an efficient after-sales service for customers across the UK and Ireland.

About the Role

You will support both warehouse activities and the after-sales service process and ensuring products are processed, prepared, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Register incoming packages, returns, and customer products into  systems

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy.
• Manage shipping documentation through SAP/ShipERP, ensuring correct labels and paperwork for UK & Ireland deliveries.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain an organised, safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership to support timely order fulfilment.
• Provide support with product assessments and repairs in line with company processes.
• Assist with additional warehouse and after-sales duties as needed.

Requirements

• Confident using a PC as your primary work tool.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Desired Experience

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using SAP/CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).
