Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £25,000-£37,000 per year + Uncapped monthly commission

This is full time, permanent role, you'll be working Monday - Friday. Please note this role is fully office based.

Working Hours

The role of a Recruitment Consultant;

This is a 360 sales role, therefore you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process
Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities
Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
Attending client meetings/school visits
Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering candidates
Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale
Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients' needs
Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships

Key skills needed to be successful in a Recruitment Consultant role;

Previous sales experience or have worked in a target and KPI focused role
Good understanding of the education sector
Working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Can work well under pressure
Confident and resilient personality
Strong communications skills with the ability to build rapport
Someone who is able to communicate effectively and at all levels with clients, candidates and colleagues alike
