Location: Rushden
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week

The Opportunity

An established, forward-thinking organisation is looking for a driven Logistics Team Leader to take charge of daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll keep products moving, people motivated, and processes sharp.

You'll oversee goods-in/goods-out, manage stock accuracy, support cross-department operations and help steer ongoing improvements.

Strong logistics/warehouse experience
Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Dynamics or similar
Forklift licence/experience
Full UK driving licence
Confident communicator and natural team motivator
Organised, calm under pressure and solution-focused
Happy switching between hands-on work and admin

Lead and develop the logistics team
Oversee receipt, storage, picking and dispatch
Maintain accurate stock levels through counts and audits
Monitor KPIs and drive productivity
Liaise with internal teams and international colleagues
Manage CRM logistics data and documentation
Ensure H&S compliance and warehouse standards
Troubleshoot issues and escalate where neededSuccess Looks Like
