Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading Housing Association to recruit an experienced Carpenter for reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties across Waltham Forest.

Role Responsibilities:

Carry out 1st & 2nd fix carpentry and general repairs.
Complete day-to-day maintenance and void refurbishments.
Work safely with power tools and liaise with tenants and maintenance teams.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Carpenter, Joiner, or Multi-Trader within social housing or domestic maintenance.
Full UK driving licence - van and fuel card provided.
NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent preferred.Benefits:
