Are you an experienced and passionate teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?

Tradewind are working with a special needs school which supports pupils aged 4 to 11 years who have special education needs and/or disabilities arising from cognition and learning difficulties including severe learning difficulties and speech, communication and language difficulties.

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled SEND Teachers who are available for both day-to-day and long-term opportunities. You will deliver a personalised and engaging curriculum tailored to the individual needs of each pupil, in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a special school or inclusive setting, and will be confident in using creative, multi-sensory approaches to promote learning, communication, and independence.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

Experience teaching children with SLD and/or speech and language difficulties

A passion for inclusive education and a child-centred approach

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Flexibility, patience, and a sense of humour!
