Internal Sales Support - Maldon - Up to £30,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus

We are working with a family run, growing business in Maldon who are looking to expand their established sales team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer support, maintaining strong relationships and raising brand and product awareness. It is a reactive sales position with performance related bonuses paid quarterly.

The company is looking for candidates with experience in Business Administration, Internal Sales or Account Management. We are looking for applicants who take pride in delivering first class customer service, have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach and a genuine desire to support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to inbound email enquiries regarding pricing, stock availability and lead times

*

Handling customer queries and complaints professionally

*

Researching potential new customers and making introductory calls

*

Developing strong product knowledge over time

*

Proactively sourcing products to meet customer requirements

*

Keeping existing customers informed of any changes to pricing or product availability

Additional Information:

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Friday

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + discretionary quarterly bonus

Free onsite parking

Own transport required due to location
