Service Team Leader
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Service Team Leader on behalf of our client in Chesterfield.

Duties:
Key responsibilities include: -
* Leading and developing the Service Admin & Coordination team - Overseeing scheduling, job planning, customer liaison and back-office functions
* Delivering structured 1-2-1s and training for team development
* Managing work order and quote processes from start to finish
* Generating reports on department financials, KPIs and performance metrics
* Supporting the Service Manager with planning and engineering team coordination
Requirements:
* Experience leading a service/admin team in a technical environment
* Excellent planning, organisation and people management skills
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
£30k - £35k
