Reporting into the Financial Controller, duties of the role will include: * Managing and developing a small team, responsibility for all one to ones, queries and recruitment into the team * Looking after multiple divisions within the company * Responsible for management accounts* Involvement with developing processes and controls* Budgeting, forecasting* Project work / system improvement* Looking at current management information, KPIs and generating ideas for improvement/ streamlining* Ad hoc duties, deputising for the FC as and when requiredRequirements* Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA * Proven experience of managing a team* Ability to work on their own initiative* Exceptional system / excel skills* Self-Starter* Attention to detailGreenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
