The Role

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and delivering a seamless candidate experience, all while juggling multiple vacancies and shifting priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware, and comfortable recruiting in a high‑volume, high‑expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for roles across EMEA, from intake to offer.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic hiring insights and market intelligence.
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.Essential Requirements

Proven experience managing multiple roles simultaneously, ideally in a high‑volume hiring environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise.
Experience recruiting across EMEA markets.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).Preferred Experience

Experience recruiting within technology, cloud, or engineering environments.
Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.
Additional European languages are a plus
