Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients across full financial planning needs (investments, pensions, protection): allowing you to build lasting client relationships
• Leverage warm leads from a high-performing Sales Manager: so you can focus on advising, not chasing
• Collaborate with a team of advisors, paraplanners, and administrators: ensuring a seamless and efficient client journey

Requirements:

• Level 4 qualified Financial Advisor
• Comfortable advising clients in the £100k-£500k segment
• Confident writing protection business as part of holistic planning
• Hungry, coachable, and team-oriented, a builder, not just a service provider
