Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment coordinating all aspects of facilities maintenance management for client locations nationwide. Responsibilities include maintaining contact with clients and contractors, coordinating the resolution of maintenance and repair issues for clients, obtaining bids from contractors, scheduling service work for clients, follow-up with clients and contractors to ensure work is completed satisfactorily, and managing the cost of projects. Other relevant responsibilities may be added by management as needed.
Demonstrated record of success in customer service management; retail operations or retail management; property management; facilities management (of multiple locations); and/or experience in the construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects via the phone and internet.
Ability to manage and dispatch contractors to ensure work is completed.
Proven track record of learning and mastering new skills quickly.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel; email and the internet as a resource tool.
Systematically document communications with customers and contractors in company and client computer systems.
Minimum two-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
Willingness and ability to work in a professional office environment.
