Central Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Team Leader to join our dedicated team of professionals. We are ideally looking for a mature graduate with management experience, preferably within a Health and Social Care recruitment environment.

The Company

The company provides recruitment and training solutions to the regulated not-for-profit sectors, including; housing associations, charities, local authorities and the NHS. Besides traditional recruitment services, we also provide neutral vendor services, locum bank management and workforce management solutions.

Over the past five years we've transitioned from an office-based business to a fully remote company. We're therefore in a position to employ staff from anywhere in the UK with the right skills, experience, attitude and approach. Our staff team is an eclectic group of graduates and experienced professionals, all with the same objective of growing the business by delivering an excellent customer experience whilst enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

The Person

We're looking for someone who can contribute significantly to the growth of the business, is able to build relationships with established customers and forge relationships with new. The successful candidate will therefore need to thoroughly understand the company's services, be able to identify appropriate business opportunities and lead staff in the successful delivery of the company's services.

Reporting to the Director of Recruitment and in collaboration with our HR, Quality and Performance Manager, the Senior Recruitment Team Leader is also responsible for coaching and developing a staff team to ensure day to day operational targets are met and Central Recruitment remains the agency of choice for its customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business development

* Bookings management

* Working to established Service Level Agreements

* Management of specific operations

* Staff performance management

* Staff coaching and development

* Goal and target setting

* Policy and procedural development

* Interdepartmental working

Working Hours

The working hours are 37.5, Monday to Friday, with core hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Starting Salary

£35,000 + Commission

Home Environment Requirement

As this role is home-based, there is no geographical restriction for applicants who wish to apply from around the UK, however a home working environment where you can work uninterrupted in a remote office with excellent broadband connectivity is critical
