Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct service and maintenance of extinguishers

• Participate in call-out rota as required

• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and service excellence

• Identify and resolve faults through thorough inspections

• Adhere to quality procedures and complete necessary documentation

• Travel to various sites as needed

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the fire protection industry, specifically extinguisher servicing and maintenance

• Proficiency in using hand tools

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Full UK driver’s license required due to travel commitments
