We are seeking a confident, hands-on and highly organised professional to lead housekeeping operations within a large, fully staffed family home in Oxfordshire. The Role

This is a senior operational position combining hands-on housekeeping with team leadership and household coordination. You will work closely with the House Manager to ensure the property is consistently presented to an exceptional standard and always guest-ready

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (Includes weekend working on a rota basis)

Key Responsibilities

* Leading and motivating a small housekeeping team

* Managing rotas and daily task allocation

* Maintaining meticulous standards throughout a substantial family home

* Quality control and presentation oversight

* Hands-on housekeeping duties alongside the team

* Preparing the property for both intimate family gatherings and larger-scale entertaining

About You

* Experienced within a large private household

* A natural leader with strong organisational skills

* Hands-on, detail-driven, and proactive

* Discreet, professional, and comfortable working within a private family setting

* Flexible and willing to work weekends on rotation

* In possession of a full UK driving licence

* Comfortable working around several small to medium-sized dogs

What's On Offer

* £50,000-£55,000 salary (depending on experience)
