Examinations Officer and Data AssistantFull Time – PermanentASAP Start - Portsmouth

Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking an Examinations Officer & Data Assistant to fulfil a full time, permanent role within a large Secondary academy based in Portsmouth. This is an ASAP start role.

As the Examinations Officer and Data Assistant, you will ensure the efficient and smooth running of all aspects of examinations, including internal mocks, end of year and external exams for the school. will be required to attend regular planning/briefing meetings with the Vice Principal and Data and Examinations Manager as appropriate and will have line management responsibility for the Exam Invigilators. Previous experience is an advantage but full training will be provided.

For this role, you will be/will need:

• Previous experience as an Exams Officer and/or Data Assistant is desired, but not essential
• Good with data and be very organised
• Must have attention to detail
• Good communication skills and work well within a team dynamic
• Able to problem solve effectively
• Right to work in the UK

The salary for this role is currently set between £26,550 to £30,000 per year, dependant on experience.
