Senior Operations & Logistics Support | Be the Right Hand to the Manager

Slough | Hybrid (2-3 Days in Office)

We're hiring a pivotal role within the Field Services and Logistics team, someone operationally sharp, people-savvy, and ready to step up as the number two to the team lead.

This is more than just administration. It's the glue that keeps everything running when the manager is focused on strategy or out of the business. You'll be the go-to person for the wider team, ensuring daily operations flow seamlessly across the client accounts in the EMEA region.

What you'll be doing:

* Owning day-to-day operations, planning collections, coordinating field service activities, and supporting client SLAs

* Acting as the escalation point for queries and issues, both internal and external

* Supporting and guiding the admin team

* Liaising with subcontractors, sales, operations, and client success to align service delivery

* Helping to refine processes and drive continuous improvement

We're looking for:

* A background in operations, logistics, or service coordination

* Someone who's naturally organised, proactive, and can juggle a lot at once

* Comfortable leading from the front when the manager's away

* Great communication and people skills, you'll be central to everything

* Experience working across multiple teams and geographies is a bonus
