About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic, qualified HLTA to provide a high level of support in a primary school within the BL3 area of Bolton, starting September 2025. You'll support teaching and learning across Key Stages 1 & 2, working flexibly across classes and groups.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lesson support (whole class, groups, and 1:1)
Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment tasks
Support pupils with SEND and oversee intervention programmes
Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
Supervise pupils in classrooms and outdoor/play activitiesEssential Qualifications & Skills

HLTA qualification or equivalent (Level 4)
Proven experience as an HLTA or higher-level TA in primary settings
Strong understanding of KS1/KS2 curriculum and SEND strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and classroom management
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and Right to Work in the UK

HLTA‑qualified with solid classroom experience in KS1/KS2
