Location: London (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite) Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements delivery for medium to large-scale projects. As a subject matter expert, you will guide professionals and apply advanced analysis techniques to complex business and technology changes.

• Requirements Leadership: Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including planning, elicitation, documentation, and validation.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse groups to drive discovery and prioritize business needs.
• Strategic Analysis: Perform cost-benefit analysis for changes and manage traceability from scope through to testing and implementation.
• Vendor & Quality Support: Partner with 3rd party vendors to ensure standard adherence and support QA/UAT activities through defect triage and root-cause analysis.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior BAs and ensure team consistency with enterprise methodologies.

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive BA experience managing requirements for large, complex projects.

• Methodologies: Proven expertise in Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Modelling, Use Cases, Data Requirements, User Stories, and Backlog Management.
