Purchase Ledger Operative (Work From Home)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Purchase Ledger Operative to join their team on a remote, work-from-home basis.
Position Details:
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Pay Rate: £13.50 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Resolving invoice queries with suppliers and internal departments
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Assisting with payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good communication skills
- Desirable: Experience using Oracle Cloud
