Location: West Midlands, Worcestershire, Worcester

Job Description

Job Duties:

Oversee and manage high volume housing sites in Worcester
Ensure site safety and compliance with regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors and site workers
Monitor progress and quality of work
Report to senior management on project status
Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
CSCS card
First Aid training
Valid Driving Licence
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Previous experience as a number 1 Site Manager
Experience in PLC House Building
Strong understanding of construction processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:

Contract position with potential for future work with this developer
Full-Time hours Monday to Friday
Work on-site in Worcester, West Midlands
