Job Title: Bid Manager - 12-month contract (Maternity cover)
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Day Rate: up to £23.50 per hour (working 37.5 hours per week)
Duration: Temporary Long Term or Temp to Perm.
 
The Company

360 Recruitment are working with a national demolition contractor who are going through growth. Typically offering extensive specialist services ranging from £5k - £10m projects. My client works mainly within the public sector with a client base of local authorities, government bodies, NHS, utility companies and main contractors.

The Bid Manager Role

My client are looking for a Bid Manager who has worked within construction to join their business for maternity leave cover on a 12-month contract. this role will oversee a portfolio of projects across the UK.

As Bid Manager you will be involved in working as part of the business development team to draft high quality demolition responses to Invitations to Tender, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and Expressions of Interest, as well as developing the demolition service delivery models and solutions in conjunction with the operational teams.

In addition, this role will support the Regional Directors and their teams in the bid process and negotiations for all current and new bids.
My client is looking for an individual who holds experience in using InDesign / Adobe Creative Suite.
 
This role can potentially turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Duties:

Schedule out deliverables for bids and disseminate to the team.
Book tender meetings and manage tender diary.
Prepare bids - this includes larger quantity bid submissions with a heavy design element.
Post tender interview questionnaires.
Compete PQQs and expressions of interest.
Prepare case studies.
Prepare board reports.
Chasing the team on tender deliverables.
