We are in search of an Office Assistant who will provide support with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who can undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently in an organized and efficient manner. As the Office Assistant you must be able to work well under pressure, troubleshoot on a dime, and approach all problems with a great attitude.
Also of importance is the ability to work comfortably with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages with utmost professionalism
Organize office and assist team members in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings/appointments
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Performing miscellaneous projects and assist with various operational/compliance tasks
Provide general administrative and clerical work such as data entry and creating documents using MS Office
What you bring:
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a progressive office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Professionalism and positive attitude at all times
