Role Overview:

This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in sales and business development, ideally with experience within the relocation, human resources, or people services industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Strategies - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Sales Process Management - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve personal and company objectives.

Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Lead Generation - Conduct targeted sales initiatives to identify market trends and new opportunities.

Account Implementation and Development - Manage newly won accounts, supporting onboarding activities.

Develop, upsell and cross-sell strategies to drive continued account growth.

Sales Events & Presentations - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals. Attend relevant industry events and exhibitions.

Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

System Management - Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Skills & Attributes:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a related industry.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, especially in proposal and bid writing.
Analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Proficiency:
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
