TIG Welderup to £40,000 dependant on experience HavantFull Time| Permanent | Monday to Friday

Do you have experience as a TIG Welder?Are you working with Aluminium and can weld from 0.5mm up to 10mm? 

We are recruiting a Welder/Machine Operator to join the team. The Welder should have a good understanding of TIG welding up to 10mm, 

In return, we are offering a competitive salary, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 13:00 finish on a Friday, Christmas shut down.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 13:00 Reporting to the Shop Floor Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Welding different thicknesses from 1mm to 10mm, from punctured and formed parts (aluminium to galv)
• To use the Guillotine and roll former when required
• To be able to set up all of the machines under the supervision of the Machine Operator/Setter

The ideal candidate:

• Ability to read and interpret drawings (3rd angle drawings).
• Experience in setting and operating CNC break Presses
• Experience of using Production Machines and setting.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
