Your responsibilities will include:

Teaching Textiles and elements of Design & Technology to KS3 and GCSE students, with the possibility of developing A-Level provision in future years.

Delivering engaging and contemporary lessons that encourage students to experiment with fashion design, textile art, construction techniques, and design thinking.

Supporting students in the production of high-quality coursework portfolios for public examination.

Championing sustainable design principles, ethical production, and cultural diversity through your schemes of work.

Leading or supporting enrichment activities such as fashion shows, creative workshops, or collaborations with local artists or textile designers.

Contributing to the department's outreach and partnership work, including charity fashion projects and eco-awareness initiatives.
