KEY ROLES
As part of our Receptionist/Customer Service Team, your primary responsibilities will be to work as part of a reliable team to provide support and advice to our customers by phone and email. Responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers via email and telephone.
- Dealing with queries efficiently and appropriately
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Gaining knowledge of our customer's needs.
- Processing orders.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and do things differently
- Reporting any customer concerns and identifying any trends in calls to the Customer Services Manager.
- Gaining knowledge of the company's products.
- Feeding back any customer information considered relevant to the Customer Services Manager.
- Ensure data from calls received is entered into the CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must have,
- Excellent literacy skills
- 2 years Customer Service Experience
- Worked within a vibrant customer service environment
- Effective customer service skills
- High quality telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail/high level of accuracy
