This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance or accounting who thrives on working with data, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets for a portfolio of properties, ensuring all estimates are accurate, well-documented, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

  • Produce and issue detailed service charge statements to residents, ensuring clarity, transparency, and full audit compliance.
  • Analyse financial data from multiple systems, identifying discrepancies, variances, and trends, and taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including reconciliations, audit trails, and internal controls, supporting the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Interpret and resolve complex financial queries from residents and stakeholders, providing clear, professional responses both in writing and over the phone.
