JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will handle customer communications (calls and emails) within agreed-upon SLAs and in accordance with our quality standards.

Consistently deliver on all sales/service KPIs in line with our culture of "first-time resolution".

Continually seek opportunities to exceed performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continually seek opportunities to exceed performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Positively promote the company and product at all times.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
  • Play your part in delivering excellent service standards across all customer-facing channels, including SLAs, answer rates, and minimising call waiting times.
  • Adherence to shift patterns.
  • Provide a great customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly call quality standards.

DESIRED QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Sales experience or a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work as a team or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of technology, software applications, phone and computer systems.
  • Proactive about your own development.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • Salary Range: £22,000 - £24,000.
  • Full-time, 35 paid hours per working week. Monday through Saturday, shifts between 9am and 6pm.
  • Generous holiday entitlement: of 33 days (including bank holidays). Rising to 36 days with length of service.
