Provide clerical and reporting support to the Payroll Department.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and input Excel tracking logs
- Ability to computate formulas per policy guidances
- Scan and catalog documents
- Data validation
- Provide customer service and reception functions
- Provide other clerical support functions as requested by Management Team
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Intermediate Excel and Word
- 10 Key
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of accounting and banking functions
- Critical Thinking
- Sense of Urgency
- Ability to stand for one to two hours to scan and copy documents
Education & Work Experience required
High School Diploma
Previous course work or work experience with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Currently or previous pursuing a secondary education with a focus on business systems, accounting, or finance
