Job Title: Supply Teacher

Location: Croydon

Salary: £140 to £155 per day (PAYE)

Are you an adaptable and passionate educator looking for flexible work opportunities? We are seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team in Croydon. This role offers the flexibility to work across multiple schools while positively impacting students' learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and age groups.

Follow provided lesson plans or create engaging lessons when necessary.

Establish effective classroom management to foster a positive learning environment.

Adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse learners and ensure continuity in the absence of the regular teacher.

Provide constructive feedback and support to students to aid in their academic progress.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities and student achievements.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Previous experience working as a teacher or educator is preferred.

Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and build rapport with students.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliability, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.

Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo checks.

Working Hours:

This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work 1 to 5 days per week based on your availability and the needs of the schools.
