A specialist SEND school in Corby is looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive and progressive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA or an aspiring educator who is confident delivering lessons, supporting a range of SEND needs, and working closely with teaching staff to ensure high-quality provision for all learners.

About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across the school in the teacher's absence

Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups

Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and activities

Support pupils with a range of SEND needs, helping them access learning and develop confidence

Contribute to EHCP targets, behaviour management strategies, and personalised interventions

Play an active role in the school community, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)

Strong classroom management and confident lesson delivery

Experience supporting SEND pupils (ASD, SEMH, SLD, MLD, or similar)
