A top-ranked Legal 500 and Chambers firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to join their Canterbury office. You will manage a diverse caseload covering private law children, divorce/financial matters, domestic abuse, and unmarried/cohabitation disputes, including legal aid and private paying work.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle own caseload and conduct advocacy where required.
Manage divorce, finances, private law children, domestic abuse, and cohabitation disputes.
Generate private paying work alongside legal aid matters.
Work independently while contributing to a collaborative multi-office team.
Requirements:
4+ years PQE in Family Law.
Confident advocacy skills and able to manage own cases.
Experience with legal aid and private paying clients.
Ability to build client relationships and generate business.
Professional, proactive, and collaborative.
