IFA Administrator - Location: Liverpool, City Centre

Join our well-established client, an Independent Financial Adviser firm in Liverpool, dedicated to delivering high-quality financial planning and wealth management services. We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Administrator to support the team of Financial Advisers and enhance business operations. This role comes with a fantastic and comprehensive benefits package, including a 9-day working fortnight (see benefits below for more information).
Day-to-day of the role: - Support Financial Advisers with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process for new business submissions, liaising with providers, platforms, and clients where necessary.
- Take ownership of the annual client review process, including scheduling, preparation of review packs, and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with FCA requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and contribute to workflow efficiencies.
- Act as a central point of contact for adviser queries and provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Ensure all client correspondence and documentation is managed in line with GDPR and internal compliance guidelines.
- Assist with reporting and data collation for internal and external purposes as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in an administrative role within a UK IFA or financial services environment (essential).
- Strong knowledge of financial products, platforms, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of financial services software (e.g., Intelligent Office, Fin Plan or similar CRM systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
