Right Now Group are looking for a Senior Air Export Clerk to join a specialist Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham area.
This role is ideal for someone with strong export experience, who is comfortable handling urgent and high-value shipments such as AOGs, fine art, and other specialist cargo. While primarily export-focused, the position will also involve handling a small number of import jobs when needed.
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Duties and Responsibilities of a Senior Export Clerk: -
Handling Air Export shipments from start to finish in a 360 capacity.

Managing urgent consignments such as AOG parts and time-sensitive cargo.

Booking export shipments from customer requests via telephone or email.

Completing full documentation including MAWB's, HAWB's and export customs entries.

Liaising with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and safe transportation.

Supporting the import team where necessary - typically covering occasional import shipments.

Providing updates to customers regarding routing, delays, and delivery schedules.

Covering overtime as and when required - negotiable depending on business needs.
The Successful Candidate: -
Have strong Air Export experience, ideally with exposure to AOG or specialist cargo.

Have some Air Import knowledge (basic understanding sufficient).

Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Be confident working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
