Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Pay: £15 an hour
Temp to Perm
Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

Location - Winchester

Main Duties include:

Painting and decorating:

Fixing or replacing door handles, tightening screws on window hinges, or performing other basic repairs on wooden fixtures and fittings
Fixing leaks, unblocking drains, or repairing minor plumbing issues
This could involve changing light bulbs or making minor electrical repairs.
Making other general repairs to the building structure.
This could involve repairing fences, paving, or other external features of the building.
