Commercial Energy Sales Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator with a solid background in sales, who is ready to take on this challenging but fun role. This opportunity is for individuals who have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

As a lead generator your job will consist of scheduling appointments and discovering potential clients for the sales team, generating new leads for the company, and striving to maximise the potential from each call by having a professional and friendly phone manner as well as a positive attitude. You are the initial stage in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasion skills and inventive approaches to obtaining new clients.


· Respond to inbound sales inquiries from both new and existing clients.

* Completing basic criteria assessments of prospective new cases.

* Meeting sales targets and departmental and individual KPIs.

* Capturing CRM-enhancing data, such as personal data and case details, as well as effectively updating and maintaining internal records and systems.

* Aiding the business by delivering a high quality of customer service.

· Operating an in-house CRM system to help discern and identify target markets, as well as collaborating with marketing teams to support and contact potential clients.

* Contacting potential clients via email and phone using your conversational skills

* Client-by-client bespoke negotiation.

* Clients contact as well as the organisation will influence negotiation strategies.

· Assigning field-based employees to appointments

· Some collaboration and coordination with the marketing team in terms of marketing potential.

· Managing your leads and contacts in their CRM database.

· Promotional opportunities within the company are encouraged.

· Manage and measure your key performance indicators (KPIs). Candidates that achieve and go above and beyond their goals are rewarded.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Sales experience - comfortable reaching out to "warm" leads.

· Proficiency in operating and navigating computer systems and databases.

* Ability to build a strong rapport with customers.

* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).

* Ability to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Reliability, motivation, and a strong will to achieve, as well as the ability to explain complex subjects simply over the phone.

· Ability to write high-quality documents.
